These Terms of Service govern your use of True Heading, a product of True Heading. By using the service or purchasing a report, you agree to these terms.

The Service

True Heading produces a personalized written report based on the information you provide. A free preview is available, and full individual and Together reports are available for purchase.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use True Heading.

Nature of the Reports

Your report is provided for personal insight and reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. You are responsible for any decisions you make.

Payment and Pricing

Prices are shown at checkout and charged through Stripe. Together report pricing adjusts based on which reports each person already owns.

Refunds

Because each report is custom-generated and delivered immediately, all sales are final. If you experience a genuine technical problem, such as not receiving your report or receiving a broken file, contact us and we will make it right or regenerate it.

Permission for Together Reports

If you create a Together report, you confirm you have the other person's permission to include their information.

Intellectual Property

Your report is for your personal use. The methodology, prompts, and systems behind True Heading remain the property of True Heading and may not be copied, resold, or reverse engineered.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Heading is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.

We may update these terms. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
