We came at this from two completely different directions and arrived at the same place.

Kevin spent 25 years in business — head of sales, building teams and organizations, coaching the people inside them. What he kept seeing was what happens between people. Two people who think and decide completely differently, both doing their best, and neither with any way to see why it wasn't working. It almost always came down to a difference in patterns.
