There was always a gap — something missing between the label he got and the way he actually operated.

Pamela spent over 20 years leading large organizations through transformation — developing leaders, building culture, navigating the complicated human side of business at scale. She led teams of hundreds and managed portfolios worth over a billion dollars. And across all of it, she kept seeing the same thing: when things broke down between people, it was almost always a communication issue. We arrived at the same conclusion from completely different directions.
