Two people in motion together
Our Story

We didn't set out to build a personality tool.

We set out to find one that actually worked.

Kevin spent 25 years in business — building teams, leading sales organizations, making decisions that affected hundreds of people. Along the way, he took every personality framework he could find. Myers-Briggs. Enneagram. StrengthsFinder. DISC. CliftonStrengths. Each one gave him a piece. None of them gave him the full picture. There was always a gap — something missing between the label he got and the way he actually operated.

Pamela spent over 20 years leading large organizations through transformation — developing leaders, building culture, navigating the complicated human side of business at scale. She led teams of hundreds and managed portfolios worth over a billion dollars. And across all of it, she kept seeing the same thing: when things broke down between people, it was almost always a communication issue. Not because anyone lacked talent or intention — but because they couldn't see how they were wired differently from the person across the table.

We arrived at the same conclusion from completely different directions.

The better we understand ourselves — how we process, how we decide, how we handle pressure — the more effectively we connect with the people around us. Not by changing who we are. By seeing it clearly.

Every test we took gave us a type. A category. A letter combination. What we actually needed was a map — something that showed us our exact wiring, not just a label we sort of fit into.

So we built it.

True Heading isn't a personality test. It's a tool that maps how you're actually wired — how you think, communicate, make decisions, and respond under pressure. It doesn't put you in a box. It shows you the patterns you've been living inside of without realizing it.

We've watched people take their report and finally understand why they keep hitting the same walls. Why certain relationships feel hard. Why some decisions come naturally and others feel impossible. Not because something is wrong with them — but because they've never had the full picture of how they operate.

It takes about five minutes. And it might be the most useful five minutes you spend this year.
