• Your birth date, birth time, and birth location.
• For a Together report, the same details for the second person, which you provide and confirm you have permission to share.
• Payment information, which is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Optional information such as how you heard about us and referral or campaign source.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver your report.
• To send you emails related to your report, including follow-up and helpful messages.
• To process your payment.
• To improve the service.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make the product work:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Anthropic to generate your report.
• Resend to send email.
• Supabase to store your records.
• Vercel to host the application.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. This is collected in aggregate to help us improve the experience and does not use tracking cookies to identify you.

Together Reports

When you create a Together report, the information of both people is combined to produce one synthesis. By purchasing, you confirm you have that person's permission to include their information.

Data Retention

We keep your records so you can return to your report and so we can support you. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.

Your Choices

• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your information by emailing hello@yourtrueheading.com.

Children

True Heading is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children.
